This policy explains which personal data is processed on this website, on what legal basis and for how long, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG).
Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is the studio named in the Impressum. Please use the contact details below for any data protection request.
Data you send us
When you use the contact or commission form, the details you enter — name, email address and, where provided, telephone number, dimensions, style, colours, intended space, budget, timeline, reference link and your message — are sent by email to the studio mailbox and used solely to answer your enquiry.
Legal basis and retention
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the request and to meet statutory retention obligations, then deleted.
Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by an external provider. When a page is opened, the provider's servers may automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser type, referring page and time of access, for the purpose of secure and stable operation.
Cookies and local storage
No tracking or advertising cookies are used. Your chosen site language is stored locally in your browser so that it is remembered on your next visit; this data never leaves your device.
Email delivery
Enquiries are delivered by email to the studio mailbox via the studio's email provider. Email is not an end-to-end encrypted medium; please do not send sensitive information through the form.
External services
This site links to Instagram and to the artist's Etsy shop. Those platforms are separate controllers with their own privacy policies; no data is transferred to them until you follow a link.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at).
